When I rode from MN to Wyoming, across Nebraska, my very early morning starts would bring me beside sunflower fields. Since I was riding to Wyoming, going West, and the flowers were facing the morning sun in the East, I was greeted each morning by fields of glorious, bouncy, energetic yellow sunflowers.
Perfect start to a day.
